Abstract
We are proud to present the ICEHTMC 2025 Proceedings, a peer-reviewed collection of abstracts from the oral and poster sessions. Supported by more than 100 expert reviewers coordinated by the Scientific Program Committee and the Global Clinical Engineering Journal, this publication upholds our tradition of academic rigor and excellence. It also marks the fourth ICEHTMC proceedings are published online at GlobalCE.org. On behalf of the organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and host organizations, we thank you for your presence and participation. We wish you a productive and inspiring experience and look forward to continuing this shared journey at future Congresses. Together, let us envision and build a common future for our profession and global health.
