Dear Colleagues,

In recent years, the scientific community has witnessed the rapid development of various technologies that significantly enhance clinical care. The vast amount of data generated by cardiological clinical activities has provided an optimal environment for the application of different artificial intelligence (AI) models, yielding highly promising results in several areas, including electrocardiogram interpretation, imaging data analysis, and the development of predictive systems. Furthermore, the introduction of more advanced connectivity technologies has facilitated the widespread use of numerous devices for remote patient monitoring, ensuring real-time communication with the reference center and opening the intriguing possibility of performing diagnostic exams and interventional procedures remotely. The Special Issue "Advanced Technologies in Cardiovascular Medicine" will collect high-quality original research papers and comprehensive reviews on recent advancements in the cardiology field.

The topics of interest include cutting-edge advances in the cardiovascular field with applications on research, technologies, and clinical management:

- AI applications in cardiology;

- Telehealth and telemedicine in cardiology;

- Devices and wearables in Cardiovascular medicine;

- New clinical management processes;

- Silico models and application in cardiovascular research and medicine
