Dear Colleagues, The medical advances of the last 20 years have no place or explanation without knowing and understanding the technological and knowledge progress that has occurred in computer science, bioengineering, and robotics. The development of these has allowed significant advances in diagnostic processes (CT MRI ultrasound), advances in diagnostic and learning strategies in genetics, advances in the development of new drugs, and a spectacular transformation of the surgical environment, intensive care, and orthopedic treatments... The revolution of the next decade will be AI, which applied to all fields will allow an advance in these. In this special issue, I invite you to express your work and research in this duality of medicine and technology.
