Dear Colleagues, The progressive increase in the importance of new technologies in orthopedic surgery is undeniable. In the last few years, we have observed a constant rise in the publication which investigates this field. Arthroplasty surgeries have seen an application to a larger number of patients year by year. For a successful articular prosthesis, however, is a deep complete knowledge of the differences. Muscular function and a correct ability to reconstruct the biomechanics of an articulation. Artificial Intelligence and robotic arm surgery could see application both in traumatology and orthopedic surgeries. Furthermore, this instrumentation could be useful for a better investigation of the biomechanism of articulation with A potential role in discovering new strategies of treatment. The use of new technologies is also of extreme importance during the diagnostic preoperative period and the Rehabilitation postoperative period. I strongly encouraged all Authors, involved in orthopedic surgery and preoperative and postoperative Treatment, to submit their papers to give their contribute to a field of extreme contemporaneity.
